I order these for my granddaughters for Christmas to hold their new DVD players in they arrived later than expectedbut was so glad to get them in time for Christmas I letthat slide. I took them and had them monogramed and they were really cute however when my granddaughter picked up her case by the handles top show her mom one of the handles broke loose. I was so upset because I could not return it since it had been monogramed. I am now looking for a place to have the handle put back on if possible. This will be another expense that I should not have. I feel that distributor should reinburse me for the cost of having to have handle put back on. I would never recommend this carrying case and have no intentions of purchasing anything else from them.NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH QUALITY OF CASE!
